Ideal candidate qualifications

  • Receives telephone and email requests for product information, price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers and vendors.
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service while helping them select products that will meet their needs.
  • Uses Microsoft Dynamics SL to enter sales orders, purchase orders, and retrieve any information necessary to accurately process orders, including online catalog orders.
  • Ensures that correct codes are used for retrieving and inputting information in Solomon.
  • Provide written and verbal quotations to customers.
  • Proactive Follows up on inquiries and quotations.
  • Communicates with accounting concerning new customer set up and credit status of customers.
  • Handles any Internet requests as distributed by the Marketing Department.
  • Achieve 100% Customer satisfaction and create repeat business.
  • Organization skills related to personal work space.
  • Proactive sales approach to follow up on quotes and orders as needed.
  • Team oriented attitude

Compensation
