These beefy racks utilize full-strength skatewheel conveyor sections rather than flow track rails or tracks to make a stronger rack, able to handle increased loads and high capacity tasks typical in processing, kitting, and manufacturing. This flow rack doesn't zone cartons, containers, or other items into "lanes"; it lets you flow various sizes of product at any point on the racks where there is space. Conveyor sections are 24" wide.

Plastic flow rail system uses individual tracks and guides to move your product from the loading side to the picking side of the rack. Tracks use 7/8" polyethylene wheels mounted in downward facing track frames to prevent product damage and dust accumulation. Shelves also be adjusted to meet your picking height requirements.

Column flow racking is an innovation designed to present vertical columns of cartons to pickers. It works well for light cartons where flow storage and order picking are desired. You can stack cartons in each lane, allowing for more pick faces in the same space.

An alternative to dedicated carton flow. Higher productivity, increased efficiency and faster parts assembly and product picking can result from tilted pick shelves. Tilt shelving comes in single and double depth, stationary and mobile styles. Double depth units include tilt/tilt, straight/tilt and double forward tilt configurations.
