16 ga. Galvanized Rollers


Galvanized rollers are the most commonly used rollers and should be used in humid or wet environments as the finish helps prevent rust and oxidation. A galvanized finish will help prolong the life of the rollers and lower maintenance costs over the life of the conveyor. Load capacity of 210 lbs. per roller.

16 ga. Unplated Rollers


Unplated rollers have no finish to protect them from harsher work environments and are therefore less expensive than the galvanized finish option. Because both finish types use the same rollers, the load capacity is the same as above.

9 ga. Unplated Rollers


Same as the unplated roller option above, except that a heavier gauge steel is used. The added steel increases the capacity of these rollers to 250 lbs. per roller.
