2" Rollers


Unplated rollers have no finish to protect them from harsher work environments and are therefore less expensive than the galvanized finish option. Roller load capacity is rated up to 250 pounds.

2.5" Rollers


These roller beds use a thick 11 gauge steel roller and 4 gauge frame for better support of heavy loads. This heavy reinforcement increases the roller capacity to 630 lbs. per roller.

2.6" Rollers


Our toughest roller conveyor uses 7 gauge steel rollers; better for shock loading or conveying materials that might damage the roller surface. This size of roller also uses a replaceable bearing, keeping roller replacement costs to a minimum.
