The number 1630 built in combination lock will only work with single and double tier lockers. It has a dedbolt that moves vertically to work with lockers that have automatic latching and lift handles. All of the other locks with a deadbolt will work with any of the lockers. With these locks the bolt moves horizontally, and you will need to turn the key or the dial to retract the deadbolt to close and latch the door.

Spring bolt locks are suited for box lockers - three, four, five, and six tier. With a spring bolt lock you can close and lock a box locker door without turning a key or the dial on the lock.
