Use mobile flow racks in conjunction with an assembly conveyor line, a workbench, a carousel, or picking operation. Since are easily transported, the racks are great for put away and inventory replenishment. “Mix & match” components make it easy to create ergonomic stations ideal for picking, assembly or line side storage. Posts & beams create the flow rack structure, so you can design customized configurations of flow storage.

 

Specifications

  • All flow racks have 3 shelf levels with 2, 3 or 4 lanes per shelf.

  • Posts: Vertical. 4 (minimum) per cell. Punched 1” o.c. Available 3' –7' in 6” increments. Posts ship with foot plate.

  • Casters: Locking casters are 4” diameter–rigid or swivel. You can roll it into place and lock the rack in position for safe operation.

  • Beams: Horizontal. Front, back & side beams are interchangeable. Other sizes are available 1'–6' in 6” increments. Beams ship with end plates ready to bolt to posts.

  • Tracks: These racks utilize Deck Type Span Track flow lanes for easy hand assembly. Low and high profile tracks can be intermixed in a single cell for specialized applications. Contact us for assistance.

  • Galvanized steel workbench: Available 12” or 18” deep. Sized to match cell width. Contact us for assistance.

  • On-Pick Tray: Angles product 30° toward picker to maximize view and access. Available 12” or 15” deep. Sized to match cell width.

  • Overhead tool bar: Roll formed strut channel. Attach tools, lighting and accessories. Sized to match cell width.
