12" Wide

Sits between beams, with the roller profile the same height of the beam and an angled end stop at the front beam for carton stop. Creates a laneless flow bed for any size package. 12" wide track outside dimension is 11-3/4", and 10.09" between rails.

18" Wide

Sits between beams, with the roller profile the same height of the beam and an angled end stop at the front beam for carton stop. Creates a laneless flow bed for any size package. 18" wide track outside dimension is 17-3/4", and 16.09" between rails.

Mini roller design increases product contact which reducing imprinting and provides better flow
With the axle retained in the track it eliminates pop outs
Drop-in design for easy, tool-free addition to pallet racks and does not require front or rear beam hangers
Maximizes space, as the track occupies little or no vertical space
We offer depths ranging from 48" to 96", which will fit the most common applications, but we can provide virtually any size as the rear end of the track has an adjusting member to help make it fit correct

Hangers are not necessary with Flow Beds as they will fit into any 1 5/8" rack beam scenario. The rear of the bed has an adjusting member to make the correct fit. The general application is to fill up any even width level of pallet rack using a combination of 18" and 12" tracks to make it full. ie: 96" wide bay beams would = Four 18" wide and Two 12" wide tracks.
