Protect personnel and machinery with our Bumper Post Sleeve and Steel Post System. The system consists of an outer shell constructed of low density polyethylene thermoplastic and a steel inner sleeve - this puts an end to rusting, chipping, pitting, discoloration, scraping, sanding, priming and painting.
Select the wall thickness based on expected wear
Our bollard sleeves are available in two thicknesses. Standard wall sleeves have a 1/8" nominal wall thickness for light to moderate duty situations where frequent bumps and abrasions are not expected. Thick wall sleeves are 1/4" nominal wall thickness for environments where the frequency of bumps and impacts is higher than usual. The added thickness offers longer wear before replacement will be needed due to cuts and abrasions having worn the poly material through. Decorative sleeves also have the thicker wall depth.
