Celcon bearings are typically used in wet or wash-down applications. Most of the time, for most applications, you'll need the standard roller bearings that come with our casters. Celcon bearings are less expensive, but they make the casters more difficult to roll. However, for the right applications they're an excellent option. Celcon bearings are often called Delrin Bearings.

Celcon Bearing Advantages:

  • Requires no lubrication
  • Will not rust in wet applications
  • Relatively inexpensive

Celcon Bearing Limitations:

  • Heat limitations (120 degrees F)
  • Decreased rollability
