Kingpinless Casters are a cost-effective combination of brute strength, feather-light maneuverability, super smooth rollability, stubborn durability and across-the-board adaptability.

Examples of Kingpinless casters include the RWM 65 Series, 75 Series, and several other high capacity casters, including the 76 Series, 85 Series, 125 Series, dual wheel, and other casters.

The millions of RWM casters functioning flawlessly throughout the industrial world every day are evidence of this casters' superiority. With an extensive inventory and more applications expertise than you'll find anywhere else, Cisco-Eagle is your source for RWM Kingpinless Casters; we carry many models of them in stock.

The inline positioning of the competitor's raceway, as opposed to the offset positioning utilized by RWM, creates a direct "hammering" effect via the ball bearings which are centered on the tangent of the two raceways, thus savaging and eventually eroding the raceway. The inevitable result is a loose fit and progressive swivel failure. Even a double raceway is subject to these inline hammering hazards. RWM centers the ball bearings located over the outer raceway at the bottom, and the inner raceway at the top. The patented offset raceway exerts radial force into the "meat" of the raceway where there is full contact between the ball bearing and the raceway.

1.

Modular top plate/raceway design allows for several top plate and mounting hole configurations.

2.

Elimination of kingpin eliminates the number one cause of swivel caster failure.

3.

Patented precision-machined raceway: reduces raceway wear, improves swivel action, reduces maintenance and provides longer service life.

4.

Patented Heat-treated raceways reduce bearing indentations caused by impact loads allowing the swivel section to turn easily in the roughest applications.
