All-Welded lockers are shipped completely assembled. All major components are welded together at the factory prior to being painted with a durable electrostatically applied powder coat enamel finish. Lockers are built in groups up to 60" wide.

By shipping assembled, you reduce on site installation time to a minimum. Locks, filler panels, sloped tops, and number plates will still need to be installed in the field. You will also need to bolt together adjacent groups of lockers and anchor them to the floor or walls.

  • The doors are made from 14 gauge steel.
  • Sides, tops and bottoms are 16 gauge steel.
  • Backs are 18 gauge.
  • Lockers with doors 20" high or more are furnished with 3" high extra heavy duty hinges.
  • Single, double, and triple tier lockers are equipped with a stainless stell recessed handles.
  • Single tier doors latch at three point, top, bottom, and middle.
  • Double and triple tier lockers latch at two points.
  • Four, five, six, eight, and nine tier lockers come with a padlock hasp and friction catch. An optional spring loaded positive catch may be specified.
  • All-Welded lockers are provided with diamond-shaped perforations in the doors and sides for maximum visibility and ventilation.
  • Double and triple tier lockers have a welded horizontal frame intermediate cross members between the doors for added strength and security.

Defiant II Optional Upgrade

The Defiant II option adds a stainless steel recessed handle with a single point latch to the doors of single, double, and triple tier lockers. Single point latching has no moving parts, reducing maintenance.

In addition to the single point latch, the Defiiant II option adds:
