Continuous Sloped Hoods

Use with any knocked down or welded Penco locker

Continuous sloped hoods fit over the flat tops on new or existing lockers. These tops provide a cleaner appearance than Unit Slope tops since there is no seam at each locker frame. They may also install in less time than using individual sloped tops.

Sloped Hoods are provided in 72" lengths, and cut to fit in the field. Splices between the hoods hide the field cut if it is less than perfect.

Sloped Hoods rise 1/3 the depth of the locker plus 1", i.e.: 5" rise for 12" deep lockers.

Continuous Sloped Hood Specifications:

Continuous Sloped Hoods: 18 gauge steel, slope rise equal to 1/3 of the locker depth (18.5 degrees), plus a 1 inch (25 mm) vertical rise at front.

1. Supplied in 72 inch (1829 mm) lengths only.

2. Slip joints without visible fasteners at splice locations.

3. Provide necessary end closures.

4. Finish to match lockers.
