Originally designed to convey 300 pound spools of copper wire for air conditioner units, this device includes robot arms and a Hytrol model CRR conveyor section.
Used to transfer products from a vertical position to a horizontal one. The laydown device lowers itself down in between the rollers, transferring the product directly onto the conveyor. Once the product is moved, the device returns to its upright position.
Low profile chain guards are used on chain roller conveyors when products exceed the overall width of the conveyor and need to overhang. Without these guards in place, products could get caught in the chain between rollers and cause serious damage to both the product and the conveyor.
Hytrol Model 190-ABEZ equipped with yellow label EZLogic eyes is used with a PLC to control the accumulation and release of product into the pusher. Boxes are pushed from one line to another
Used as an unloading station, this turntable rotates a full 360 degrees allowing lift trucks access to the plastic pallets from any direction. The product is lifted directly from the turntable and loaded into delivery trucks.
Pneumatic Conveyor Lift Station
These conveyor sections are attached to a pneumatic lift that is mounted underneath. The lift allows workers to be able to raise and lower the height of the product for part assembly while still keeping it on the conveyor track. After work is done on the product, the conveyor can be raised or lowered back to the elevation of the rest of the assembly line and sent on its way.
Power Roller Conveyor Turntable
A modification of the standard model, this model 25-CRR conveyor top is fitted with galvanized rollers. Used to convey pallets that are rotated 90 degrees, lifted off and taken to a picking station.
Wheels mounted on the frame of conveyor above the rollers manipulate the product as it flows down the line. By having them mounted on each side, products will align themselves to the center of the conveyor.
These plastic belt conveyors are used parallel to each other to assist in the manufacturing of bulk paper products. A series of upenders are used to position the roll to a vertical orientation after being loaded onto the conveyor by an Automated Guided Vehicle.
Boxes are one of the most conveyed products in a warehouse or distribution center, so it only makes sense that there be a machine that can properly close the ends of the box without holding up the assembly line.
Products come in on the top level and are transferred to the middle area for operators to use as an assembly station. When finished, products are then moved to the lower level and transferred down the conveyor line to other stations.
A series of V-Belt transfers move product from one set of conveyors across to another. This particular application was modified to transfer large 6 foot rugs; the application can be adapted to meet all sorts of products.
