We have the engineering capabilities, experience and technical know-how to solve a myriad of vertical lifting problems. We have designed vertical lifts to move materials that weigh 10 lbs. to over 100,000 lbs...with carriages from 30"x 30" to 30'x 30'...vertical rise heights from 4' to over 200'. We've built large load working platforms, over and under equipment for assembly lines, hopper transfer systems--just to name a few.   • Carry special carts holding fragile aircraft wing parts 20’ long. 4-Post VRC with 10’ x 40’ carriage. Asymmetrical bracing with <1” deflection.
  • Store and access fleet of hearses from basement. Special, full garage floor-size 4 Post VRC allowing vehicle vertical movement.
  • High-speed transfer of 9,000 lb rolls of paper in automated system. 4-Post VRC with V shaped carriage to catch rolls of paper. 30 rolls/hr., 24hrs./day.
  • 75’ long automated conveyor under buildings to distribution center. Incorporates 2 VRC’s with 75’ roller conveyor.
  • Lift 110,000 lb fuel cell assemblage. Special screw drive lift allows vertical and horizontal transfer of components.

  • Raise 5,000 lb stainless mixing bowls through ceiling. Inverted mechanical VRC with scale, but no carriage frame above grade.
  • Automatically moves large parts racks through production. Conveyorized, 8,000 lb high-speed cantilever lift.
  • Send and retrieve automobiles at 400 feet per minute. High-speed VRC lift, with special rack retrieval system for high-density structure.
  • Contemporary design home needed to retract a wall of windows for ventilation. Special, synchronized lift raises and lowers 18,000 lb windows.
  • -25° F freezer storage area for pallets of ice cream. M-Series, 3 level VRC with constant use, high capacity, and low temperature components.
  • Fuel transfer of very highly explosive powder between packaging areas. Completely spark-proof, 15,000 lb, direct-acting, straddle, hydraulic lift.
  • Automated unloading system lowered into the ship hold to discharge cargo. Giant, free-standing, conveyorized portable lift with NEMA 4X components.
  • Carriage 60’ x 20’; 200,000 lb capacity. Below grade lift elevates section of driveway and vehicle for underground storage.
