Steel top is 1-3/4" thick, heavy-gauge with no holes on the work surface to attract grime or dust -- you have a smooth working area. The steel top withstands years of abuse and won't crack, splinter, gouge, or absorb oil. Two end channels are provided with each workbench top.

Tuff Top is a 1-3/4” thick, extremely hard resin board surface bonded to a composition core with hardboard rails. Rounded top front edge eliminates a sharp surface on the working side. Resists penetration by many industrial fluids, and can be refinished as needed.
