Component Parts

Find replacement parts or add more sections to your highway style guard rail system. We have rail, ends, posts and hardware available.
This highway guard rail is available in two mounting options: Post mounted and Base Plate mounted. Post mounting requires digging a hole to accept a 6' post. Base Plate mounting requires drilling into solid surface for attaching base plate. Please see below:

Post Mount Installation

Dig or auger holes deep enough to accept 6' post (minus amount left above ground). Align post holes with one another at proper distances apart post holes in ground
Place posts in holes at desired depth; back-fill with dirt and tamp down firmly or back-fill with cement (best support) post in hole
Mount rail sections to posts at designated locations rail mounted to post in hole

Base Plate Method

Locate positions for base plates and mark hole locations being careful to align locations with one another at proper distances apart locate base plate position
Drill into solid surface at each marked spot drill bolt holes
Mount base plate to surface using anchor bolts
Insert post into base plate and secure post firmly position post in base plate
Mount rail to post using hardware provided
