Rolling Sheet Racks with Pull Handles

These racks are pulled out by steel handles and permit immediate access to sheet materials or other low profile components with a crane, utilizing end effectors such as sheet lifts, magnets, slings, or vacuum systems.

Standard drawers accommodate material sizes up to 72"x144" 5,000 lbs. capacity each. The rack can be installed individually or in a long row of racks.

Can also be utilized with heavy bundles, dies, or any other very heavy, low-profile load.  Custom sizes can be created to any specification, including double-sided roll-outs. The swing frame option (right) frees up the roll-out space, further compacting the rack, allowing for more aisle and work cell space. 

The rack can be integrated into a work cell with production machinery such as shears, laser cutters, or presses. It's a simple, convenient way to improve a manufacturing cell by bringing sheet metal closer to workers for faster, better work and productivity.

Crank-Out Sheet Racks

Requires just 10 pounds of torque to move a 5,000-pound load

Crank-out sheet metal storage racks allow workers to easily move heavily-loaded shelves using a removable handle to crank the shelf in and out for loading, reloading, or work in process. Excellent for sheet metals, heavy dies, motors, and other components that are too difficult to handle for standard racks.

These racks work well with lasers, shears, and punches within a workcell. They store any flat load, including plate, fixtures, sheet steel, dies, and more. Sheet lifts, magnets, vacuum lifts, slings, and other end effectors can be utilized to handle the load.

Standard sizes (others available):

• 48" x 96", with heights from 73" to 81". 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 drawers. Drawer heights: from 4" to 12", depending on number of drawers specified. Drawers are 98"L x 50"W with 56" roll out extension. Rack overall dimension is 111" x 103"
• 48" x 120", with heights from 73" to 81". 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 drawers. Drawer heights: from 4" to 12", depending on number of drawers specified. Drawers are 122"L x 50"W, with 56" roll out extension. Rack overall dimension is 135" x 103"
• 60" x 120", with heights from 73" to 81". 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 drawers. Drawer heights: from 4" to 12", depending on number of drawers specified. Drawers are 122"L x 62"W, with 68" roll out extension. Rack overall dimension is 135" x 127"
• 60" x 144", with heights from 73" to 81". 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 drawers. Drawer heights: from 4" to 12", depending on number of drawers specified. Drawers are 146"L x 62"W, with 68" roll out extension. Rack overall dimension is 159" x 127"
• 67" x 144", with heights from 73" to 81". 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 drawers. Drawer heights: from 4" to 12", depending on number of drawers specified. Drawers are 146"L x 64"W, with 80" roll out extension. Rack overall dimension is 159" x 151"

Standard units offer 5,000-pound capacity drawers. 10,000-pound capacity drawers are available in sizes 60"x120" and 72"x144" and 4, 5, and 6 levels high.
