Protect personnel and machinery with our Bumper Post Sleeve and Steel Post System. The system consists of an outer shell constructed of polyethylene thermoplastic and a steel inner core - this puts an end to rusting, chipping, pitting, discoloration, scraping, sanding, priming and painting.

Schedule 40 steel posts

Each durable and impact resistant post is made of schedule 40 steel to stand up against bumping and collisions from forklift trucks and other vehicles. Installation is through a base plate system anchored firmly into the concrete flooring. Core-in installations are also available upon request. Posts include bright yellow bumper post sleeves.

Attractive dome design

The bumper post sleeve has an attractive dome top design preferred by plant engineers. It slides over the guard post to give you all day protection while virtually eliminating maintenance -- and it looks great for years to come.

Built to last

Because of the weatherproof quality of the bumper post sleeve, the steel post is protected from the elements, reducing corrosive rust and chemical etching to the post. The Low Density Polyethylene Thermoplastic (LDPE) mold mixture for the bumper post sleeves contains ultraviolet and anti-static additives to help prevent fading. Clean-up is a snap. Once installed, the durable, chemical-resistant sleeves will withstand extremes of heat or cold without cracking, chipping or peeling. You just don't have to worry about them.
