Dock Equipment: Lifts, Dockplates, Bumpers

Protect your dock & people - and safely load your trucks

category blue arrowLoading Dock Bumpers

Dock bumpers protect both your docks and trucks as they load and unload by absorbing and deflecting impacts. Laminated: maximum truck and dock impact protection. Molded: Provide protection for low traffic docks and in-plant walls. Extruded: Made of one piece solid rubber for medium to heavy duty protection of walls, trucks, and loading docks.

category blue arrowDockplates & Dockboards

Dock Boards bridge the gap between the truck and the dock, allowing for the safe loading of trucks. Made of strong but lightweight aluminum, or heavy duty steel for the heaviest loads. Capacities range from 6,000 to 40,000 lbs.

category blue arrowInterior & Exterior Dock Door Sensors

Accidents at the dock are preventable. By sensing motion at critical traffic points and sounding an alarm, safety sensors help reduce the chances of serious injury or even death due to collisions. Internal sensors work to warn both pedestrians and forklift drivers while exterior sensors help warn workers and truck drivers when someone is between the trailer and the dock.

category blue arrowDock Gates

Don't let people fall from dock edges. Dock Gates help prevent nasty accidents and injuries and provide an effective barrier for personnel and equipment working near open dock doors, truck loading pits or other hazardous areas. Meets 200 lbs. OSHA 1910.23 load force protection requirement. Counterbalanced gas cylinders allow easy lifting and safe gate operation.

category blue arrowDock Reflectors

Assist truck drivers as they pull into your loading docks by providing them with clearly marked and brightly visible dock reflectors to use as guides for positioning and docking, as well as enhancing safety at the dock by preventing collisions with dock walls. Especially valuable for nighttime docking operations, these reflectors are highly visible from even the dock approach point.

category blue arrowLoading Dock Traffic Lights

Nothing is worse than a forklift driver or loading worker entering a truck trailer only to have it drive off as they cross from dock to truck. Critical injuries can result and lives are in peril, never mind the equipment damage and possible product loss. When all that was needed was a way to clearly communicate between the loading dock and driver - a simple traffic signal to indicate whether it's safe to enter a trailer, and to keep the driver aware of trailer status.

category blue arrowDock & Truck Cooler Fans

Loading docks are physically draining workplaces during hot summer days. When workers are fatigued or overheated, productivity drops. Mistakes are made; safety can be impaired. Solve these issues with high velocity dock fans that keep conditions cooler through high volume air flow.

category blue arrowLoading Dock Lifts

Accommodate loading a variety of vehicles even when there is no loading dock. It's the only equipment that can load any kind of truck at nearly any kind of dock. Use a dock lift when the dock is too high or too low. Avoid injuries and lost productivity due to hand loading. Choose Pit-Mounted or Surface-Mounted Lifts.

category blue arrowWheel Chocks

Keep your employees safe and comply with OSHA regulations when you use Wheel Chocks to keep a truck from rolling while loading or unloading with forklifts. Available in laminated, molded, urethane, and aluminum construction.

category blue arrowDock Door Security Cages

Restrict access to your warehouse by securing dock-side doors. Driver security cages provide a secure waiting area for deliverymen, truck drivers, service crews, and other visitors. Partitions are built with high-strength welded wire mesh for complete security. Cages allow initial access to the dock area, but not the entire facility until admitted by authorized personnel.

category blue arrowDock Lights

Everyone works better in good light. Without adequate lighting truck trailers are a more difficult, less safe place to work. Forklift drivers have difficulty judging distances; workers can trip or make errors that take time and damage products. Add more light to your dock areas and particularly into trailers at your docks to increase safety and productivity.

category blue arrowFolding Gates

Dock door folding gates make your shipping, receiving and dock operations more secure and still allow frequent, easy access to those who need it. They fold easily back and out of the way when people or equipment need to pass, but provide a lockable barrier when closed. Available in a number of sizes and configurations. Excellent for safety purposes as well, since they close dock openings, preventing falls or accidents.

category blue arrowYard Ramps

When you do not have a truck high dock, or have more trucks to load than available docks, a Yard Ramp can be used to load trucks from ground level. Yard ramps are portable, and can be towed with a forklift. Hydraulic pump makes adjusting the height of the Yard Ramp easy.

category blue arrowTrailer Stabilizing Jacks

Placing these under the front of trailers when no tractor is attached will keep the trailer from shifting or upending during loading operations. These can also be used to level a trailer parked on an uneven surface or for a few more inches of lift to reach a dock.

category blue arrowDelivery Truck Folding Conveyor

Carried on trucks or stored near dock doors to ease package and other dock transfers. Medium duty collapsible gravity roller beds without supports come in an aluminum frame. Designed to be lightweight and easy to store makes this a great tool for any delivery driver, warehouse worker, convenient or grocery store back room clerk.

category blue arrowGoal Post Door Guards

Dock doors are one of the higher traffic areas in facilities that do any kind of shipping/receiving and should receive the same sort of protection that other machines and areas receive. Goal Post Dock Guards outline the entire dock door and protect from forklift damage that may occur from sharp turns or raised forks.

category blue arrowOverhead Door Track Guards

Overhead & dock door track guards surround the tracks with steel to prevent damage from lift truck impacts. On a busy shipping & receiving dock, poor angles or blocked sight lines often result in driver errors, resulting in highly inconvenient and expensive damage to door tracks, protecting them is an economical and sensible precaution.

category blue arrowHigh-Speed Doors

High-speed doors increase productivity by improving traffic flow efficiency while slashing energy & maintenance costs. They open & close at 48" per second average. With lightning-fast speed, your heating and air conditioning stays in the building where it belongs, which saves energy costs and improves the environment inside your operation.

category blue arrowVinyl Roll-Up Dock Doors

Vinyl roll-up dock doors make a great addition to any facility that has high volume forklift traffic. Choose from either motorized doors that open and close at 6" and 36" per second or manually operated chain hoist doors. They help created a more controlled working environment by blocking the suns heat and keeping in your facilities air conditioning.
