Auto Gate Systems

Activated by push-button, the system scans the designated area and opens the gates if the required conditions are met. Gates close automatically once pedestrians clear the aisle.

Auto Gate Systems with Forklift Gates

High-visibility boom arms are installed in the forklift aisle to help alert drivers of pedestrian traffic in the area. The arms synchronize to open and close with automated or manual pedestrian gates. Also configured independent of pedestrian gates.

Manual Gate Systems

Help control pedestrian traffic flow at warehouse entry points. These are typically blind spots for individuals leaving an office, break area, or another part of an industrial facility and entering an area where forklifts or other industrial traffic is present.

Warehouse Entry Gate Systems

These gates are activated by a simple push-button, which opens gate(s) for entry. It does not detect forklift traffic, but helps employees cross at designated areas while slowing them and forcing them to pay more attention to traffic in the area.

AisleCop Options

The AisleCop® system is highly configurable and very adaptable. Options include battery backup systems, alarm system and overhead door integration, card reader & RFID systems, interface/activation upgrades, guard railing, video, and much more.

People and forklifts don't mix

According to the U.S. Department of Labor, about 100 workers are killed and another 20,000 are injured every year by forklifts in the U.S. alone, so safety is always a concern whenever forklifts and people operate in the same space, like they do in most warehouses, shops, factories, distribution centers or lumber yards.

The AisleCop® Safety Gate System helps control traffic to separate forklifts and pedestrians. Depending on the conditions you specify, the gates can restrict pedestrians, restrict forklifts, or restrict both in a highly configurable traffic management plan.

Ideal for blind or limited visibility spots, high-traffic intersections, and other high-exposure areas

Dangerous or blind intersections where visibility may be limited, such as high speed doors, or very high traffic areas are where traffic control gates are most highly recommended. When properly utilized, these gates can potentially help reduce or eliminate lift truck/pedestrian accidents.

AisleCop® Safety System Operation

The system is flexible. Standard automated AisleCop® systems utilize motion detection or other sensors as they scan for forklifts, AGVs, walkies, or other industrial traffic. Intelligent controls help control traffic flow to potentially minimize contact between pedestrians and forklifts. You can specify rules exactly as desired for your operational and safety needs.
