- Units without decking allow you to save on shipping costs and purchase decking locally
- Long Span Shelving is typically decked with particleboard 5/8" underlayment grade particle board
- It is not recommended that you use particle board decking less than 5/8" thick. Other grades of particle board may be used, but underlayment grade provides the smoothest surface
