Conveyors & Conveyor Systems
Conveyor Experts with Vast Experience
We help clients with material transport operations in
distribution, warehousing, military logistics, and manufacturing. The variety of loads a
conveyor system transports ranges from bolts to packages to pallets - and
everything in between.

Gravity conveyors move objects without power. Use gravity to
your advantage. Many styles and options provide efficient and low cost
material handling solutions. Light duty is available with skatewheels or
rollers. Medium and heavy duty are available only with rollers |
 |
Power Belt Conveyors are used to transport
product by means of a moving belt. Available in slider bed and roller
bed configurations. A variety of belts may be used to accommodate the
product conveyed and the environmental conditions. |
 |
Power and Gravity flexible (extendable) conveyors provide versatility,
especially in shipping departments, store docks, and other areas where
conveyors are often needed for trailer loading and unloading. Conveyors can
extend to lengths of 30 feet (or more), loop, expand, and return to compact
size for storage. |
 |
Power roller
conveyor (also called live roller) uses powered rollers to convey the load.
The rollers are powered by a belt, O-rings, or chains depending on the
capacity required. |
 |
Accumulation conveyors hold product in place until given a signal to
release it. Applications include feeding product to a machine such as a
case sealer at a specified rate, or to hold all items to be shipped on a
given truck until that truck is ready to be loaded. It comes in 2
variations: minimum pressure, which allows products to lightly touch
while being conveyed. With zero-pressure accumulation, conveyed products
don't touch each other. No force is placed on product when it stops |
 |
Portable
conveyors are utilized in a number of industries to provide flexibility in
loading, unloading, or change-of-level applications. They can be moved to suit your needs. |
 |
Floor to
Floor" Incline/Decline Belt conveyors are designed to move product between
two different elevations. They are excellent utilized to convey product to a mezzanine, a work area, or overhead transport conveyor lines. |
 |
Pipe and tube handling conveyors are
built for the tough task of handling multiple diameters of pipe in
an industrial environment. They're often used to feed saws or other
machinery. This conveyor makes handling heavy pipe and stock easier,
safer, and fa |

Span Tech's continuous curving, sanitary plastic chain conveyor systems are versatile and modular, capable of horizontal and vertical bends within one chain design. They can be combined and configured for near infinite possibilities. |
 |
Spiral
conveyors are ideal to transfer loads from level to level quickly and
efficiently, without interrupting the conveyor process, without extra manual
handling or transfers to other equipment. They're ideal for mezzanines, for
multilevel buildings, or elevated conveyor lines. |
 |
Ball transfer tables are used when products are required to be
manually rotated or correctly positioned, such as a work station or
other similar operation that requires quick, easy handling of the
product. Ball transfers can also be used when multiple lines
converge and packages must be transferred from one line to another. |
 |
All the extras needed to enhance your conveyor system including stops, photoeye brackets, flow rails, sorters, guardrails and conveyor gates. We can help you specify the exact configuration for your conveyor operations. |
 |
Conveyor Supports
include Stationary Supports and Temporary Supports or Tripod Stands
to best fit your needs. A variety of sizes and options are
available. |
 |
Over 2,500 Hytrol Conveyor parts are available - bushings, rollers, bolts, bearings and more. |
 |
Sortation Conveyors divert a product
from one conveyor line to another. By using controls and multiple
sortation conveyors, product can be sorted by diverting the product
only to the appropriate conveyor. |
 |
Switch systems let you accept loads from, and divert across multiple conveyor lanes. You can combine from multiple to fewer lanes, distribute from fewer to multiple lanes, all in highly flexible configurations. |
 |
These are not your ordinary roller and belt conveyors; these are
job specific, custom solutions that are built to your spec.
Includes 3-tier transfers, coil spooling stations, pop-up
turntables, and plastic belt conveyors. |
 |
Utilize extendable conveyors to bridge the gap between your fixed
conveyor system and the shipping/receiving dock. This extends the
automation all the way into the nose of your trailers. Conveyors store
conveniently under your system when not in use, leaving the dock area
clear. Ideal for fluid loading and unloading in high volume shipping &
receiving applications, cross-docking, and other distribution
applications. |
