Which rack fits your needs? Below
you'll see vertical and horizontal racks, as well as roll-out shelves with
heavy duty capacities
Increase storage density: Reclaim square footage by organizing sheet goods
in these racks. Depending on rack type, these systems can store many sheets
in the same space as floor stacking
Improve organization:
By storing metal sheets in a structured rack, you can more easily
organize by type, gauge, material or other factors
Reduce
product damage: Keeping product off the floor tends to help protect
it from accidents, warping or other incidents
Improve worker safety:
Because you aren't dealing with stacks, handling becomes easier & safer
(either manual or by equipment) with improved handling
Standing sheet goods up to save floor space is a good idea, but putting them in vertical rack is even better. You'll be more organized, better able to pull the sheets you need more quickly, and you'll cut down on materials damage.
Storing sheet stock horizontally takes a smaller footprint and is more ergonomic. Multiple levels allow quicker picking, prevent damage and let workers handle sheets more safely. Shelf capacity: 2,000 lbs.uniform distribution. Up to 48" x 96" stock.
Access sheet stock, dies and machinery more conveniently with rack shelving that rolls out to full extension. Shelves are adjustable on 2-3/8" centers to create the clearances you need. Capacity is 1,500 lbs. per shelf, 6,000 lbs. total (uniform distribution).
Roll-out sheet rack stores sheet metal or flat stock loads up to 10,000 pounds and accommodates sizes up to 72' x 144'. Drawers fully extend for easy loading or retrieval. Choose manual roll-out or crank option. Custom sizes available.
