  • Capacity: This light-duty conveyor has a maximum capacity of no more thank 200 total pounds on the conveyor at once.  Extremely heavy packages should not be loaded onto this conveyor.
  • Frame: 3" x 1" x 1/8" aluminum frame channel with weld in cross channel.
  • Support Bars: 1" x 1-1/2" x 1/8" aluminum rectangular tubing welded at the ends for support
  • Handle: Section to have a special hinge mechanism located in the center of the conveyor with (4) 1/8" nylon coated cable lift handles.
  • Rollers: 1.9" diameter, 16 gauge galvanized steel on 3 inch centers.
  • Axles: 7/16" hex shaft, spring loaded for easy replacing.

Ergonomic gravity roller conveyor easily moves packages between delivery vehicles and shipping docks. It’s an ideal conveyor for loading multiple items onto or off of a truck. Extensively used by package delivery services to expedite loading and reduce back injuries, strains, and fatigue. These lightweight aluminum conveyors are an excellent ergonomic enhancement for delivery services, postal applications, shippers, and other vehicle fleets where loads must be moved from a vehicle to a dock or down to a floor level. Also useful for temporary conveying situations. Conveyor is 6'6" long, but folds to half size for easy storage. Built-in handles make moving it a breeze. It weighs just 35 pounds and can be easily handled by one person.
