How can we reply?

  • The roller track is the most important component of flow rack. Kenrail track uses smooth, 7/8" wheels on 1-1/2" centers. Downward facing design makes it resistant to collected debris while its galvanized finish resists rust and wear.
  • Shelf frames and vertical frames are fully welded making for more rigid construction than snap-together pieces.
  • Components are shipped fully welded. Frustrating, time consuming assembly of shelf frames is eliminated. The ease and speed of installation drastically reduces installation costs and gets your product moving faster.
  • Rugged components carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
  • Keneco flow shelf systems can fit within existing pallet racks and utilize their uprights for support. This lets you utilize existing storage space. Since less hardware is required with such a combination, cost is further reduced.

Each shelf includes a total of 14 rail tracks which make up the 7 picking slots, as a guide between each lane to separate products and prevent shifting. The shelves measure 95½" wide by 48" long and have a weight capacity of 800 pounds each. The shelf levels are adjustable vertically and the carton runways and guides are adjustable on ½" centers. Rail tracks use 7/8" polyethylene wheels on 1½" centers. The galvanized steel channel insures a lifetime of rust free use, and the downward facing design prevents the rail from collecting dirt and debris.
