Easy to assemble and use mobile carton flow rack can be configured and accessorized to meet your application.

Since mobile flow racks are easily transported, they’re great for putaway and inventory replenishment. "Mix & match" components make it easy to create ergonomic stations ideal for picking, assembly or line side storage. Posts & beams create the flow rack structure, so you can design customized configurations of flow storage. The shelves are customizable and constructed to adapt to your needs. If more picking locations are needed, rather than having a return shelf, the beams of the rack can be adjusted to reverse the angle of the lower level.

Installation is a snap. One worker with one tool; that's it. The drop-in design of the roller tracks makes it easy for you to add additional tracks or adjust spacing without the use of any tools. The front side of the track has a built-in end stop to keep your products secure. In addition to the hardware and instruction manual, you will receive nine front-side label hangers, nine load-side label hangers, and a .3oz paint marking pen. Additional options are available and can be purchased through one of our sales representatives. Such options include tracks with knuckled fronts, attachable galvanized steel workbenches, and add-on pick trays.

Galvanized steel workbench: Available 12” or 18” deep. Sized to match cell width.
On-Pick Tray: Angles product 30° toward picker to maximize view and access. Available 12” or 15” deep. Sized to match cell width.
Overhead tool bar: Roll formed strut channel. Attach tools, lighting and accessories. Sized to match cell width.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Transportable flow rack measures 36"w x 72"d x 54"h
Capacity: 1000 pounds per shelf; 3000 for the entire rack. Tracks have 50 lbs. per foot capacity.
Casters: 4" x 2" locking swivel with side brake. You can roll it into place and lock the rack in position for safe operation.
Roller tracks are 9"w x 76"d span track with 2" roller centers and galvanized steel side channels
The 3/4-inch diameter aluminum rollers require no maintenance or replacement.
Tracks: Rack utilizes deck-type flow lanes for hand assembly
Posts: Vertical 1-3/4" sq. tube. Punched 1" o.c.; 3’-7’ in 6" increments. Includes foot plate.
Beams: Horizontal 1-3/4" sq. tube. 1'-8' long in 6" increments. Front, back, and side beams are interchangeable. Beams ship with end plates ready to bolt to posts.
Other available track sizes - widths: 6", 9", 12", and 15". Lengths: 2’-21’. Roller Spacing: 1", 2", and 3" o.c.
