Color-coordinated panels, studs, doors and trim bring a professional "front office" finish that helps project a positive image to employees, customers, and other visitors.

Components Included:

• Wall Panels - Laminated design consisting of solid core with a pre-finished interior and exterior surface. Walls are 3” thick by 48” wide by (insert height) 8’-0” high and feature an insulating polystyrene core with a 1/2" thick vinyl-covered drywall with Class A fire rating in accordance with ASTM E84.
• Heavy duty single swing door is constructed of a heavy-duty structural anodized aluminum alloy framework. Store-front type construction utilizing tubular extruded components, mechanically fastened together to form a rigid frame.
• Full flush doors are shipped pre-hung in frame. Includes lock set shipped separately. Doors include an integral threshold and stationary door sweep.
• Factory installed 29”W x 39”H Vision Lite window with 3/16" tempered safety glass comes standard in the door. (This is the only window that comes with this building, but they can be added on; see Configure Tab.)
• The window assemblies consist of a three-piece system which includes the window frame and wall panel sections to fit above and below to create a full height panel assembly. Header and sill panels will be installed in conjunction with frame to create a complete full-height wall panel.
• 2’x4’ non-combustible, lay-in acoustical ceiling system, painted 22 gauge corrugated steel “B” deck, and all joinery
• Standard electrical package includes 2' x 4' T8 recessed troffer light fixtures. Duplex outlets: 115volt, 3 wire, 20 amp capacity (to be installed 15” above finished floor)
• Also includes wall switch, handy boxes, conduit, and circuit breaker panel with breakers.(Bulbs and wiring not included)
• Through-wall A.C. or H.V.A.C. unit(s), to be installed in factory framed wall panel cutout as indicated on drawing. (Contact customer service for a drawing to specify the location of the cutout)
• If an A.C. or H.V.A.C. unit is ordered then there is no need to order an additional cutout as it will be provided by the factory.
• Fast, easy installation. Complete layout drawings and step-by-step assembly instructions are included

Framework

Standard panel connecting posts consist of a 3-piece “non-progressive” design which serves as the connecting device for holding wall panels together. These posts also serve as a vertical chase to conceal electrical and data service. A full height snap-on cover plate is included to allow for easy access during initial installation and to enable future modification without disassembly of wall system. Standard connecting posts are also load-bearing and can be used to create load-bearing and two-story modular buildings.

4-Sided Office - completely stand alone building 4-Sided offices are completely stand-alone buildings that offer a secure space anywhere in your facility that they will physically fit. The walls do not require connections to existing facility walls because it is completely freestanding. Your facility must be able to accommodate anchoring into the ground in order to utilize a 4-sided modular office.
