Step beam is constructed of continuously welded structural tubing so there are
no ledges or cracks to catch pallets, or to trap moisture and debris. The
connection is a key—the three-rivet connection features an exclusive,
auto-engaging safety clip that resists beam disengagement. The clip
automatically engages upon installation; installers hear an audible “snap” when
it engages, so there is no mistaking whether it’s working. Safety locks are
removable and can be replaced or repaired easily in the event of damage, unlike
permanently attached locks.
SK2000 is a seamlessly welded tubular high-strength steel beam with full
vertical fillet welds - not spot or stitch welds
Made in the USA with high-strength (55,000 p.s.i. minimum) steel

Many beams these days are stitch or spot welded so that sharp edges or
ledges can catch a pallet, or trap dirt & debris. Not this one.
Steel King safety locks are an integral component of the beam. They are
not shipped separately, reducing risk of loss or misplacement.
RMI Certified
All SK2000 storage rack products are certified RMI 1997; confirming that it
