Pflow Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor
A pull-down, overhead gate that functions as an extra level of protection for operators. Gate installs easily and is used in conjunction with the existing chain guard or horizontal safety bar.
NOTE: This lift is not available in PA, CA, WA, OR, MN and the city of Chicago due to specialized pumps being required. Carriage sizes, vertical travel, capacities, and other configurations shown are based on standard parameters. Custom designs are available for all types of Vertical Lifts. Gates

  • Bi-Parting door gate for either upper or lower level of the lift
  • Overhead gate is a single panel and not a roll up door
  • Cannot be installed on the same side as the top level opening

Carriage

  • Fully enclosed and self contained
  • Safety rails on non-operating sides
  • Safety chains on operating sides
  • Guide columns are 4" channel
  • Carriage is steel deck plate on 4" structural beams

Mechanical/Electrical

This type of lift uses 2" direct-acting hydraulic cylinders to control the lifting platform; meaning no chains to lubricate, no cables to become frayed, and no bearings to lubricate. Truly a low-maintenence option suitable for material transport between mezzanine and work platform levels. No pit or external hoistway required. Lift comes standard with bi-parting gate at the top level and your choice of overhead pull-down gate or bi-parting gate at the bottom level
