Heavy duty 14 oz or 18 oz vinyl coated polyester fabric are base fabrics.
20 mil, 40 mil clear PVC or Weldview tinted windows available.

Vinyl material meets NFPA 701 (Large scale) flame retardancy and California Fire Marshal standards.
5% is added for curtain’s "Drape" and is automatically given at no charge.
Custom curtains can be made from 6' to 60' high by any width.
Double and triple folded hems for greater strength and durability.
Double lock stitching with mildew/rot resistant thread is standard.
All edges are finished.
2" industrial strength Velcro closures between curtain panels.
Fully enclosed, sewn in, galvanized chain in the bottom hem for motion reduction and improved appearance.

16 gauge, galvanized steel, channel track with dual wheeled trolley carrier roller hooks on 1 ft. centers (steel rollers are recommended on curtains over 16 ft. high)

SPECIFICATIONS: Curtain Station measures 12' tall and is made using NFPA-701 Flame Retardant materials (including 14oz. upper and lower sections and a 20mil. PVC clear center windowed section). Station includes (2) 12' side and (2) 24' side. Cold crack resistance to -40 degrees and can withstand continuous temperatures to 180 degrees.

Perfect for welding areas, wash bays, paint stations, airborne particle containment, and body shops. Curtain Walls provide instant separation of work areas and protection against hazardous debris or contaminants used in those work areas. The Curtain Wall can be mounted directly to a ceiling, wall, or suspended from the ceiling. For smooth, easy movement, curtain walls are equipped with a heavy duty 16 gauge track and rollerhook system along with either suspend, wall, or flush mount brackets. Bottom edge contains a fully enclosed, chain weighted lower hem and brass grommets. All seams are double lock stitched using mildew/rot resistant thread and all edges are completely finished. The side edges feature two 1' hook & loop fasteners per side for easy attachment to walls or other curtains.
