Laminated rubber bumpers use fabric reinforced rubber pads cut from recycled truck tires behind a 3/8" floating steel face for increased impact protection.
Steel components standard finish: black powder coated paint.
Provides maximum protection with unique "loop" design bumper pads allowing an additional 1/2" flex of looped pads on impact.
Anchor to existing concrete docks with 3/4" x 4 1/4" sleeve anchors. (Not included)
Steel face eliminates wear from up-and-down friction movement of trailer when unloading.
Imbed 3/4" x 9" "J" Bolts in new concrete construction.

Bumpers may be ordered with angles or flat plates at each end. You will need to specify the end plates when placing an order. When using flat plates, they are welded to the dock.

Resilient rubber material of bumpers shall be cut to uniform size pads 4" thick with overall projection of 5 1/2". Longer, looped pads inserted between standard spacer pads to allow approximately 1/2" flex of looped pads upon impact. Pads punched to receive 3/4" supporting rods.
