This pit mounted dock lift has a 6 x 7 platform and a load capacity of 5000 pounds. The lift is powered by a 5hp motor which functions at a speed of 14 feet per minute. With a lowered height of 10" inches, and a raised height of 50", the total travel height of the lift is 40".
