The convenient way to use air to raise, lower, and position a load

The EZ-UP is the ideal lifting and work positioning solution wherever shop air is convenient. Lift tables position the work closer to the worker, reducing the risk of injury, worker fatigue, and work-in-process products. Typical applications are in manufacturing (especially the automotive industry). processing and distribution. Also ideal in clean rooms and paint stations. This lift is efficient because using air instead of electrically driven hydraulics reduces maintenance. The elimination of electrical components also eliminates the risk of sparks -- a hazard in some job settings.

This pneumatic lift features a 43" dia. turntable. Its capacity is 1,500 pounds @ 80psi and 2,000 lbs. @ 90psi. Height: 30.13 inches (raised), 8.88 inches (lowered). Travel is 21.25 inches.

Its Firestone Airstroke Actuator raises and lowers the table platform to vertically position the load to the desired height. Firestone tests each actuator and warrants them for life against workmanship or material defects. Durable and attractive polyester powder coating adds life and superior corrosion resistance to the finish. Heavy-duty structural steel construction with rugged base frame means you'll be able to work this lift in tough jobs for many years of low-maintenance use. It's got entrapped rollers on base and platform for added stability. Dual attached maintenance blocks. Rotating models feature a secured center pivot with ball bearing that provides smooth, even rotation.
