Details: This conveyor features Adjustable legs with a range of 28-1/2" to 41-1/2" in height. Includes 6 leg sets per conveyor. There are 9 skatewheels per axle. Conveyor expands from 6' 8" to 20'. Its capacity is 300 pounds per lineal foot. Width: 24".

  • Black polyolefin skatewheels with brass bushing: These skatewheels are more economical than steel. They are more resistant to wet applications or moisture. They aren't quite as durable, but will work fine in many applications.
    •  
  • Steel Skatewheels with ball bearings: They are more durable, last longer, and roll easier than black poly wheels. Choose them for applications when heavier cartons could be thrown onto, or rapidly pulled off of the conveyor. They are a bit more expensive, but if you have the right application, they're worth it.

Built double tough to handle applications running three shifts per day. Ideally suited for truck loading and unloading, distribution centers, shipping and receiving. It’s extra heavy duty, able to handle capacities up to 300 pounds per lineal foot, reinforced by a patented, structural channel steel support that spans the entire length of the conveyor. It’s self-tracking—cartons follow the twists and turns of the conveyor path without using engineered curves. Features 1-1/2” aluminum alloy side plates with ribbed construction for added durability. Assembled with shoulder bolts—no flimsy rivets. Each leg is fitted with a 5” swivel caster & brake that roll easily and lock into place while the conveyor is in use. Heavy duty square legs mean a longer service life. You can adjust the height easily: simply turn the locking knob to raise and lower the conveyor bed height. Series 300 models adjust from 28-1/2" to 41-1/2" to top of the skatewheel rollers. The distance between axle centers when the conveyor is expanded is 5".
