A powerful way to contain allergen transfer across processing lines, this clean curtain stands up to sanitation processes with overlapping sides to prevent wash down break-through. Made of slick, highly polished clear vinyl that sheds water, solutions and soiling. Vertical seams are heat sealed to prevent contaminant build-up at the seams and stainless steel tracks offer strong support for opening or collapsing the curtain as needed. Meets USDA food applications under Title 21 part 174-182 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Measures 10'W x 15'H. A heavy-duty hardware option is available, details in the specificationss below.
