BR is the distance "Between the Rails" of the conveyor.

If you need to align a package to the right or left side of the conveyor you can skew the rollers by moving one end of the rollers
over by one notch.
This calculator will tell you the length the package will need to travel across skewed rollers to move the package to one side.
Notes:
- Not all BR sizes shown are available on all models of powered roller conveyor.
- 10 feet is the maximum length you should skew rollers.
- If there are guardrails on your conveyor, and the package is moved over so that it slides against the guardrail, you may need to increase the horsepower
of the motor to compensate for the added friction.
