The University of Arkansas RFID Laboratory offers a full range of testing services for participants in the retail supply chain. Cisco-Eagle is a Strategic Sponsor of the RFID Center.

Testing is available through:

Comprehensive Package

test conveyor loop at RFID centerThe Comprehensive Package includes all testing necessary to determine optimal retail distribution center and store backroom compliance as well as extra testing to determine RF visibility of individual cases in a pallet environment. This testing package consists of a Basic Pallet Test with a Reader Portal, a Basic Case Test with a Reader Portal, a Basic Case Test on the Conveyor System and a Case-on-Pallet test with a Reader Portal. All tests include a comprehensive suite of 4 tag types tested as well as testing for Optimal Tag Position in each different test (except Case-Pallet which tests for visibility). This comprehensive package is also available for additional tag types and multiple reader types.

Customized Package

If a standard testing package does not fit customer needs, then customized packages are available. Customers can choose specific options such as tag types, reader types, and read zones (such as dock door portal, impact door portal, conveyor, and pallet wrapper).
