Hytrol rolls out Gen3 EZLogic Accumulation System

Better control of conveyed cartons. Hytrol has partnered with Eaton Cutler-Hammer to create the most advanced zero-pressure accumulation system in the world. While featuring the same EZLogic® familiarity, GEN3 incorporates new technologies for ease of installation, operation, and maintenance. EZLogic® automatically adjusts the conveyor's zone length to accommodate the length of the carton being conveyed. This provides better control of your boxes and naturally increases carton throughput, accumulation density, conveyor efficiency, and system flexibility. If desired you can size zones for the smallest carton for maximum efficiency. Longer cartons introduced after installation do not obsolete the system, and the low-usage, long carton isn't a problem...

Customized shelving colors can have a dramatic effect

Although steel shelving is usually associated with warehouse and industrial environments, Dutch interior designer Ghislaine Vińas specified custom-color metal shelving for a loft design published in New York Magazine. The results can be found on page 54-55, or online at the link above. Mandarin Orange (a special order color) was specified. It shows that if you have a showcase area that you want to look spiffier than a typical warehouse, you can change colors to achieve a different look.

See shelving color table for the range of custom colors...
