Customized shelving colors can have a dramatic effect

Although steel shelving is usually associated with warehouse and industrial environments, Dutch interior designer Ghislaine Viñas specified custom-color metal shelving for a loft design published in New York Magazine. The results can be found on page 54-55, or online at the link above. Mandarin Orange (a special order color) was specified. It shows that if you have a showcase area that you want to look spiffier than a typical warehouse, you can change colors to achieve a different look.
