These Physical Barriers install quickly with standard hand tools. All hardware is easily accessible to the installer from inside the work cell. The posts mount to your plant floor with 1/2" wedge anchors. Future layout changes may be accomplished with little or no waste. The system's modular panels may be relocated and used again as your system grows.

Physical Barriers will not interrupt robotic operations through mischievous or inadvertent contact, as may happen with light curtains or switch mats. Finally, the barrier doubles as a potential safety net by helping to contain objects thrown or ejected by a malfunctioning robot.
