Heavy Duty All Welded Lockers
Welded lockers with reinforced
tubular construction for maximum durability.
These heavy duty
lockers are framed with 18
gauge, 3/4? square steel tubing. Sides, backs and bottoms are welded to the
frame. Similar to the roll cage safety system of a race car, this fully framed
construction stands up to even the toughest abuse. See exploded view
In addition to the solid athletic frame, HD All Welded Lockers
feature a rugged body. All parts are welded together at the factory into a
single rigid unit to resist damage for the life of the product. Since they are
pre-assembled at the factory, you can begin installation as soon as the lockers
are delivered.
The lockers include diamond shaped perforations in the doors
and sides for maximum ventilation. You can choose to omit the perforations in
the sides and doors when the contents of the locker need to be concealed. The
diamond perforations may also be replaced by standard or mini louvers if you
prefer.
HD All Welded Lockers come in single, double, and six tier
configurations. The standard handle for the single and double tier lockers are
stainless steel recessed handles with multi-point latching. For the six tier
lockers the door has a friction catch door pull.

Cremone Handles
Cremone turn handles
are a heavy duty multi-point latching system that engages the
door frame on three sides. The top and bottom frames are engaged
with 3/8" steel rods, and a 1/8" thick center latch engages at
the side. Cremone handles may only be used on single and double
tier lockers. These handles are not compatible with ADA
requirements.

Single Point Latch
On single and double tier
lockers, they come standard with multi point latching which engages the
door frame in two or more locations. This requires the use of a moving
latch bar in the door. The single point latch models have a recessed
stainless steel pocket, a double pan door for extra rigidity and no
moving latch parts. The locker is locked through a padlock staple in the
recessed handle.
