We respond to your inquiries within 24 hours on a business day. On weekends, after
central time business hours, or at times of U.S. National holidays we
may respond somewhat slower.
A response may not entirely fulfill your request, due to the
engineered nature of many kinds of material handling equipment. If we
can answer you in an hour, we will. If it takes more time, we'll
inform you upfront. On systems and engineered equipment, lead times
and design time are obviously extended.
Some equipment will require exchanges of information to accurately
quote and configure. We cannot always accurately quote all types of
equipment within a business day. (However for many items, we can).
In any case, you will always hear from a real person (not an
auto-responder) within one business day of your request.
If you submit an inquiry to us on a Friday, you will hear on Monday.
If you submit it on a holiday, expect to hear back from a Cisco-Eagle
customer service representative or engineer on the next business day.
