Standard Loading Dock Bumper Features:
Tough plies of fabric reinforced rubber pads cut from recycled truck
tires.
Pads are laminated between structural steel angles and secured with 3/4"
steel tie rods.
Manufactured under pressure exceeding 1,500 lbs. of force to absorb over
80% of impact force.
Standard truck dock bumpers are available in widths from
7"-32", and are 4 1/2" or 6" thick.
Extra Long loading dock bumpers are available from 3'-11" to
9'-11" long, and are 4 1/2" or 6" thick.
Extra Thick warehouse dock bumpers are available in the same width as the standard
bumpers, but they are 9", 10 1/2", or 12" thick.
Steel components have a
standard chrome aluminum enamel finish. Hot dipped galvanized finish is
available at additional cost.
Structural mounting angles permit bolting to the dock or welding. 3/8"
thick flat plates may be substituted for one or both angles at no extra
cost.

Steel
Faced Loading Dock Bumper Features:
Uses the same laminated pads as the standard bumpers, but adds a 3/8"
thick steel face plate, which increases impact protection.
The face plate is welded to two slotted steel supporting plates which
extend back to the 3/4" supporting rods.
The slotted steel supporting plates hook over the 3/4" supporting rods to
allow the steel face to move on impact.
Using the floating steel face plate eliminates wear and tear from the up
and down friction movements of trailers as they are loaded and unloaded.
Sizes available from 7" to 32" wide, and 5 1/4" to 6 3/4" thick.
Steel components are only available painted flat black.

thick flat plates may be substituted for one or both angles at no extra
cost

Dura-Soft Loading Dock Bumper Features:
Has the same construction as the Standard and Steel Faced bumpers.
Dura-Soft bumper adds unique loop design bumper pads to allow
approximately 1/2" of flex for maximum impact protection.
Sizes available from 7" to 32" wide, and 5 1/2" thick.
Steel components are only available painted flat black.
Structural mounting angles permit bolting to the dock or welding. 3/8"
thick flat plates may be substituted for one or both angles at no extra
cost
