EZ-1 Series Pallet Positioners are the modern way to manually load and unload pallets by bringing the level and location of the top of load closer to the person doing the work. Pallet loading and unloading time can be reduced by 40%, thereby substantially increasing productivity.

Pallet Positioner Applications

EZ-Loaders are excellent additions to any loading or unloading process using pallets as the transportation medium. They reduce worker fatigue, improve safety and eliminate situations which can lead to back injuries or damage to sensitive products. Typical applications are in manufacturing, processing and distribution.

Pallet Turntable Standard Features

• Collapsed Capacity range: 450 lbs. minimum - 3,000 lbs maximum

• Firestone Airstroke Actuator raises and lowers the pallet. Firestone tests and warrants each unit for a lifetime against workmanship or material defects

• Pressure relief valve prevents excess pressures

• Spring-free, using captivated air to pressurize the Airstroke Actuator and a bleed valve for capacity adjustments

• Self-dampening operation eliminates the need for shock absorbers

• Heavy-duty, structural steel construction throughout

• 43" diameter rotator ring on top of the unit has a secured ball bearing center pivot. The rotating ring minimizes walking and reaching during the loading process

• Load weight compensating to keep the top of the load at a convenient working height

• System easily adjusts for varied loads without guessing or changing springs

• Clean design requires minimum of maintenance

• Includes maintenance bars to block the unit open if service is required

• Product comes fully assembled

• Powder coated finish

• Air gauge indicates system pressure

• Totally self-contained, does not require constant air supply
