We offer various light displays and workstations that are configurable with our horizontal carousels. These systems help you control picking and speed the process.

SpeedBar Horizontal Light Display Module

Used in conjunction with Diamond Horizontal Carousels and SpeedStation Ergonomic Workstations, SpeedBar horizontal display modules increase the pace of order sortation and picking operations with improved accuracy, inventory control and modular configuration flexibility.

• Display Specifications

• Displays can be added simply by connecting power and communication cable to the previous display, and setting the display address

• A single RS-485 line routes communications from one device to the next in the Diamond Phoenix carousel pod. This simplifies controls wiring, repair and system debugging

• The same displays can be used for both the horizontal Diamond SpeedBar and the vertical Diamond FasTree configurations.

FasTree Vertical Display Module

Used in conjunction with Diamond Horizontal Carousels in high speed order picking systems, vertical display modules provide clear operator task direction enhancing accuracy, efficiency and speed of comprehension while reducing operator tasks and increasing system pick rates.

• Displays can be added simply by connecting power and communication cable to the previous display, and setting the display address

• A single RS-485 line connects one device to another in the Diamond Phoenix carousel pod. Thsi simplifieds controls wiring and sytem debugging.

• The same display module can be used for both the vertical Diamond FasTree and the horizontal Diamond SpeedBar configurations.

SorTree Input and Sortation Display Module

Used in conjunction with Diamond Horizontal Carousels in order consolidation, cross-dock sortation and returns operations, these light directed vertical display modules provide improved accuracy, efficiency and system throughput.
