Minimum Pressure Accumulation Conveyor

In minimum pressure conveyor systems, conveyed items lightly touch each other

V-Belt Accumulation Conveyor Hytrol Models 138 ACC & Model 190-ACC

A light to medium duty conveyor that uses a V-Belt running beneath the rollers to turn them. By adjusting pressure rollers which press the V-Belt against the tread rollers, you can slow or stop items within zones on the conveyor.

Flat Belt Accumulation Conveyor

This conveyor uses a flat belt instead of a V-Belt to drive the rollers, and is adjusted just like the V-Belt conveyors. Because of the flat belt, it can carry more weight than the V-Belt conveyors.

Medium Duty Accumulation Conveyor

Medium Duty Accumulating conveyor is a chain driven live roller where the conveyor is divided into 60" zones. When a item moves into a zone a sensor roller is depressed, shutting off that zone.

Heavy Duty Accumulation Conveyor

Works like the Medium Duty Accumulating Conveyor, except that a flat belt is used to drive the rollers. It is best suited to applications where the conveyor must be installed low to the ground and rollers centers must be close together.

Minimum pressure accumulation conveyor allows products to lightly touch while being conveyed. The conveyor stops a moving package, but back pressure is kept to a minimum to eliminate package damage. The driving of the tread rollers on minimum pressure conveyor is accomplished with the top surface of a standard section flat belt. To maintain the driving of the tread roller, the pressure roller is mounted in spring-adjusted carriers which sense the required driving friction regardless of the length of the accumulated load. The amount of back pressure is usually 2% of the total live load on the conveyor and is adjustable.
