Series FM VRCs: The safest vertical lift; the standard.

FM Lift has no cables, chains or other components that can break or fail. Does not require a rotating cam safety system to prevent unintentional descent of the carriage. Velocity fuses prevent carriage descent in the unlikely event of a total hydraulic hose rupture.

Patent pending TruPull design eliminates components that wear out, require lubrication or need regular replacement. All bearings are permanently lubricated, so it's nearly maintenance free.

TruPull design features two pairs of hydraulic cylinders - operating in a pull mode - to raise the carriage. Constructed with roll-formed columns that provide precise carriage guidance, eliminate rocking and assure smooth ascent/descent. Lifts loads up to 6,000 lbs. Carriage sizes to 8 ft. x 8 ft. Vertical rise heights to 20 ft. Available in straddle or cantilever styles.

Cylinders are mounted to an equalizing load beam with spherical bearings. All forces are in a straight line to eliminate lateral loads on cylinders and dramatically extend cylinder life. All cylinders are in tension eliminating potential buckling of cylinder rods. Estimated useful cylinder life is 500,000 cycles. It includes a Pflow Limited lifetime warranty.

Series 21 VRCs: Efficient, Cost-Effective Vertical Material Handling With The Highest Level Of Safety Available In A VRC

It hydraulically lifts loads to 6,000 lbs with carriage sizes to 10' x 10', vertical rise to 22', travel speeds to 35 fpm.

Features guide columns that are 66% heavier than other vertical lifts on the market and oversized bearings with a life expectancy of over 20 years - to assure long term operation.

Patented DeckLocks automatically lock the carriage at critical upper levels to eliminate carriage drift or bounce. DeckLocks provide support up to 15,000 lbs. in case of overload during loading/unloading. Heavy torsion bar links the two hydraulic lift cylinders to equalize the load, eliminate twisting of the carriage and relieve stress on the guides, columns and carriage.

Dual, spring-loaded safety cams provide added protection against uncontrolled descent. Hydraulic lift mechanism uses heavy-duty roller chain instead of cable for added quality, strength and durability - up to 10 times longer life.

Other safety features include 8' high mesh enclosures, safety gates at each level, safety chains and railings, overtravel protection, backstop panels and remote, heavy-duty control stations.

All gates are electrically and mechanically interlocked with carriage movement and lift operation. Guaranteed code approval.

Series D VRCs Offers High Quality and Safety, Low Maintenance, Features Exclusive Dual-Pak Design

Guided Dual-Pak design has no cables, chains, bearings or other components that can break or require lubrication. Carriage is lifted and lowered by dual 2" ram direct acting hydraulic cylinders. Lifts loads up to 3,000 lbs. Carriage sizes to 6' x 6'. Vertical rise heights to 14'. Ideal for mezzanine and balcony applications.

Pressure-compensated control valve regulates flow of hydraulic oil to assure smooth, constant lowering speed under any load. Roll-formed columns provide precise carriage guidance, eliminate rocking and assure smooth ascent/descent.

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene cylinder guide prevents cylinders from twisting during operation, improves cylinder life. Hydraulic system is fully pressurized at the upper level to reduce drifting or bounce as the carriage is loaded/unloaded.
