Slider Bed Belt Conveyors

These conveyors have a sheet metal frame with rollers at either end. The belt slides across the solid metal frame, giving it the name Slider Bed. The solid steel bed makes for an inexpensive, quiet conveyor that is easy to install. Slider Bed Conveyor is suitable for light to medium loads.

Roller Bed Conveyors

Roller Bed Conveyor has channel frames with rollers placed below the belt. The rollers allow you to carry more weight than a Slider Bed Conveyor because it reduces the amount of friction from the heavier loads. It is also better suited than Roller Bed Conveyor for instances where cartons are being pushed onto or off of the belt. A  Roller Bed Conveyor can maintain it's belt alignment or tracking better than with a Slider Bed as items are pushed across them.

Trash Conveyor - Model TH

Handles empty cardboard boxes and paper trash. Excellent for many applications, including publishing, printing facilities, and others that generate volumes of paper

The Gapper Power Belt Gapping Conveyor

The Gapper belt conveyor feeds saw tooth merges, combiners, sorters, or other equipment where gaps must be pulled between cartons.
