Slider Bed Incline Conveyors

Include a sheet metal frame with rollers at either end. The belt slides across the solid metal frame, giving it the name Slider Bed. The solid steel bed makes for an inexpensive, quiet conveyor that is easy to install. A Slider Bed Conveyor is suitable for light to medium loads. Slider Bed Incline Conveyors can incline up to 30 degrees depending upon the products being conveyed.

Roller Bed Incline Conveyor

Roller Bed Conveyor has channel frames with rollers placed below the belt. The rollers allow you to carry more weight than a Slider Bed Conveyor because it reduces the amount of friction from the heavier loads. Roller Bed Conveyors can incline up to 30 degrees depending upon the products being conveyed.

Cleated Belt Incline Conveyors

These are Slider Bed Conveyors with hardwood cleats attached to the belts. The cleats help to keep the product from sliding backwards at greater degrees of incline. Cleated Belt Conveyors can incline up to 40 degrees depending upon the products being conveyed.
