ProSort SC Belt Sorter

The belt-driven sortation conveyor concept provides a reliable method of tracking packages to the divert stations. The diverter may be controlled by photo cells, a code reader, a PLC controller, or other established control methods.

  • Right or left hand diverts available (LH shown)

  • Sort Rates up to 50 times per minute

  • Overall Widths: 18", 24", 28" 30", & 34"

  • Bed-6-5/8" deep x 12 ga. formed steel frame powder painted

  • Rollers-1.9" dia. x 16 ga. rollers spaced every 6"

  • Lengths-9' - 13' (one diverter) to 29'9" - 51'9" (four diverters)

  • Motor-1 HP standard, 3 HP maximum

  • Belt Speed-150 constant fpm

Diverter Specifications

  • Diverter consists of four rows of 3-1/8" dia. wheels driven by urethane belts, slave driven from conveyor (pivoted pneumatically)

  • Capacity-Maximum unit package weight; 75 lbs.

  • Package Size-minimum 6" wide x 9" long to maximum 18" wide x 30" long

  • Air Requirements-60 p.s.i. minimum to 125 p.s.i. maximum
